Outsourcing runs one of the most complex corporate payrolls for a
client firm with employees in 650 different sites around the
continent (including three other countries in addition to South
Africa). Our system and support copes with some of the most complex
pay situations, where the following all occur on one payroll: |
- Executives on Total cost to company
- Wage earners (monthly weekly and fortnightly)
- Commission earner earning several different types of
commission (including different kinds between different
departments in the same organization with different rules)
- Paying all third parties efficiently, including:
- Pension (several per company)
- Provident
- Medical aid (several per company)
- PAYE / SDL / UIF / VAT (for four different countries on one
payroll)
- Personal deductions (garnishee’s / spouse maintenance /
