| A fee cannot be proposed until the nature of our service has
been established for a specific client. The fee will not only depend
on the percentage of the current function which is to be outsourced
and the nature of our other supporting services (consulting or
specific interventions), but also to a large extent on the existing
level of services in the client organisation. |

| If the organization has an efficiently operating payroll
function, our service will probably fall very close in price to the
current cost of the payroll service internally. The less efficient
the current payroll service, the more interventions will be required
to turn it around and the more expensive the service will be
(compared to the current cost). |
