| As part of a public-private sector
partnership, Deloitte & Touche is responsible for the 'non-core' functions
of four client SETAs (namely
BANKSETA,
FASSET,
INSETA
and the Wholesale and Retail SETA), as well as for further
services to the Wholesale and Retail SETA(W&RSETA). In order to maximise the
focus of the SETAs on skill facilitation development, Deloitte & Touche have developed
structures according to the functional needs of the SETAs. This ensures that funds are
rather spent on skill development and a minimal amount on administration, IT and financial
management. |

key characteristics of the functioning of SETAs and Deloitte & Touche's software
solutions have ensured a fully integrated business solution, which facilitates access to
and participation in the operations of the SETA by learners, employees, training providers
and the unemployed. |
